The i8ph Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR. i8ph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you may not create an account or use any real-money gaming features on the Platform.
If i8ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21 without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any balance in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR directives.

i8ph's primary data processing infrastructure is located in the Philippines. Some of our third-party service providers — including certain cloud hosting and game delivery platform providers — may be located outside the Philippines.

i8ph reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect how we collect, use, or share your personal data — will be communicated to registered players via the mobile number or email address on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, not less than fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
