In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
Strict Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and participate in real-money gaming at i8ph Casino. This restriction is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. Misrepresenting your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
By creating an Account and accessing the i8ph Platform, you represent and warrant that:

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address (where required), date of birth, and full legal name matching your government-issued identification. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the i8ph Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. i8ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances, including any winnings, without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and one-time password (OTP) codes associated with your Account. You agree to:
i8ph will never request your password or OTP via any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from i8ph and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
i8ph is required by PAGCOR to implement Know Your Customer procedures. Verification documents may be requested at registration, during account review, or prior to processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include Philippine System ID (PhilSys), UMID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, or Voter's ID. The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts pending satisfactory verification.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting i8ph support via Live Chat. i8ph may close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion if it determines that the Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity is suspected, or PAGCOR directs such action. Remaining withdrawable balances will be returned to verified payment methods within a reasonable timeframe following account review.
i8ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, including: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated in the cashier interface and may vary by payment method.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation by the payment provider. i8ph is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway maintenance, network outages, or incorrect payment details submitted by the Player. In the event that a deposit is not credited within thirty (30) minutes, Players should contact i8ph support with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within three (3) to ten (10) minutes. Bank transfers may take up to thirty (30) minutes. i8ph reserves the right to extend processing times for enhanced due diligence reviews, which may take up to three (3) business days.
All transactions on the i8ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). i8ph does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a Player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Anti-Money Laundering: i8ph is subject to anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law. The Company may request additional documentation for large transactions, refuse unusual withdrawal requests, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by i8ph are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonuses issued by i8ph are subject to a standard wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of ₱1,000 requires ₱30,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion, failing which the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided.
Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Specific game contribution percentages are published in the full bonus terms. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate, and some games may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations.
i8ph strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting low-risk strategies to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; and any form of collusion to obtain promotional benefits unfairly. Where bonus abuse is detected, i8ph reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to close the relevant Account(s).
The i8ph VIP Club operates across five tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond). Membership, tier progression, and associated benefits are governed by the VIP Program terms published on the Platform. i8ph reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefits, and the VIP structure at its sole discretion with notice provided to affected members.
All games available on the i8ph Platform are provided by certified third-party studios (including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and others) subject to independent RNG certification and regular audits. i8ph Original games (Monster Hi-Lo and Limbo) operate on provably fair mechanics, with results verifiable by the Player. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent theoretical long-term averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
The result of any game as displayed at the conclusion of a round is final and binding. Technical malfunctions — including connection drops, device freezes, or browser crashes — do not void completed rounds. If a game round is interrupted before completion, the round will be completed upon reconnection and the result applied based on the state of the game at the point of interruption.
i8ph may impose maximum win limits on certain games or during certain promotional periods. Where applicable, these limits are disclosed in the relevant game or promotion terms. The Company reserves the right to void winnings that exceed published maximum win caps.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
i8ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the i8ph Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
